A Fun Weekend....

I have had a great weekend. The only bummer is that I missed out on all of the Fun at SGK and 2Jills, both were having great Cyber Crops. I won't miss out next time around.

Yesterday, Chris and I went out for lunch at On The Boarder and I had one of my favorite salads....Sizzling Beef Fajita Salad with Ranch Dressing....Yummy! Chris had something with corn and rice (mixed - OMG! totally disgusting)...so I did not pay any attention to what was on his plate...and I strategically positioned the chip bowl inbetween our plates to where when I looked across the table at him, I would not see the revolting mix of food on his plate. He said it was good...I will just have to take his word for it. After lunch we headed to Barnes and Noble. It's been forever since I have been there. Picked up a Photo Elements Dummy book...because I am a dummy when it comes to Photo Elements...and also picked up a manual for our Rebel XTs. Chris got some car magazines to keep him occupied when we went to our next stop.....ScrapHappy's! One of my most favorite local scrapbooking stores! And OMG, they had just gotten in all of the new Basic Grey papers! I picked on pack up for my "secret sis" at SGK and I had to get Stella Ruby for myself! Beautiful paper! Love it. Also picked up some little doo-dads. Chris was proud, I didn't go over $50. I spent more at Barnes & Nobel!

We got home around 3pm and Chris slept the rest of the day. He had to work that morning, so he was beat. He really shopped til he dropped! So I scrapped for the rest of the day and had to play with my new Stella Ruby!

Here are two LOs I did with Stella Ruby....I am Tam is my DT LO for 2Jills.

Here are just some fun LOs I did with some Fancy Pants PP and BG Fruitcake paper. My Clock Obsession I used some HS clocks that Cathy from SGK RAK'd me a few weeks ago!

I found this great pic of Matt and my mom when he was 2 years old with his new drum and thought "OMG, I have to do a LO of then and now!". I had completely forgotten about that toy drum of his....
