What a nice long Holiday weekend......

I hope that everyone reading this had a fantastic Thanksgiving! I hope that it was filled with lots of good food and lots of good company! Chris and I celebrated a nice quiet Thanksgiving alone with the critters. It was nice. I had been batteling a severe head cold for several days, so it was not in the cards for us to travel anywhere for Thanksgiving celebrations. I started feeling better on Thursday and was almost back to normal on Friday. Now Chris is sick. Which is a total bummer, since I wouldn't wish what I had on my worst enemy...and I totally love Chris. But he is not in as bad of shape as I was. Not only did I feel like a fleet of 18 wheelers had ran over me, I sounded like a heard of very sick bull frogs everytime I tried to speak. It just wasn't pretty and it didn't sound pretty either.

Lainey, over at Go Be Creative has sometime fun in store for everyone who reads her blog. So you are going to have to go over and check it out. Here is her link......and make sure you check back on her blog because I think there is going to be a prize or something. ~wink wink~ Click {Here} to go check it out.

Here are my projects for the GBC December 2008 kit. OMG! This kit completely rocks and it was so much fun creating with it.

I had been saving these pictures and when I got the Jennie Bowlin mini album in the kit, I knew it was time to scrap them. Mind you, I didn't scrap all of the pics, because if you read the journaling, you find that Matt had the camera and it is not good to give an 11 year old the camera, especially when he is taking pictures behind you. So there are SEVERAL pictures of mine and Deanna's be-hinds that didn't make the mini album!

I had to make a frame for this darling picture of Matt. He was three years old here. I picked up a few unfinished picture frames from Hobby Lobby and made this one with the candy cane paper from the kit.

Well, you know me, can't be happy with one mini album...so I made two! This one was listed in my etsy store today and was bought before the evening was over with!

Don't forget to check out the {GBC Flickr} site for the rest of the Creative Teams December kit reveals.
Here are a few more things that went up in my Etsy Store this weekend. It was a very creative weekend, once I started feeling human again.

The Three Stoogettes are back to normal. They have gotten their stitches removed and they are once again running amoke throughout the house. So we decided to skip the Christmas Tree and decorations this year.....Yes, I know CAROL, I am a dork! But I just don't have the energy to deal with cleaning up the chaos once I get home from work every evening. Maybe by next year the Stoogettes will be a bit calmer!
I wish they were like this all of the time! Lazy!
