Well, today is the last day of March. Is it just me, or is 2008 wizzing by? I just seems like yesterday it was January 1st. My mom use to always tell me that the older you get the faster the days, weeks, months and years seem to fly by! Well, I was a doubter when I was a teenager, but I am a believer now.

Saturday, my Great Niece had her first birthday party. Her birthday isn't until Friday (April 4th), but they had her birthday a little bit early. I can't believe that she is almost a year old.

This weekend I worked on my first custom order for a mini-album. I was so excited. I can't tell you just how excited I am that WhatchaMaDoodles is doing so great. I had my first sale on February 25th and as of yesterday, I have sold 38 items. That is soooo super cool. I am just amazed and happy that people really like my work.

I have been a very baaaddd blogger! I guess I tend to blog more on the weekends than during the week. I wonder why that is?? hmmmmmm, could it be because I am dead tired when I get home from work because I get up at 3: OH MY GOD 30 AM!!! I really really really hate getting up at 330am to get ready for work. But it's better than the alternative....driving two vehicles to work. Gas prices are like STUPID CRAZY and Chris and I work across the street from each other. So I get up and go to work when he does. Ugh!!! Actually the only thing I have to grip about is the 330 am business. I don't mind being in the office at 5 am. It's very very quiet and nobody is around for a couple of hours. I can get a lot done. Well, after I have drank a couple of pots...errr uh, cups of coffee.

Not much to report for this week. Been pretty quiet. The bossman is out of town, pretty low key at work, and early to bed once I get home. I did manage to make 1 Mother's Day card for my Etsy shop. So this weekend, the plan is make some more, so that 1 card is not alone.

Tomorrow is our very last Emotion at The Shack. Hopefully I have will have it uploaded early tomorrow, but not too early, since I don't have to work tomorrow. I think I am going to sleep in a bit! At least until 7 am! LOL!!!

Happy Easter! And Happy Sunday! I hope that everyone reading this had a great day. It was beautiful here, well with the exception of the wind, but that kinda goes without saying. Today, we didn't do much of anything. Chris went grocery shopping and brought home the movie I am Legend with Will Smith. A very good movie, however, it's very sad.

Yesterday Chris finished up painting our guest bedroom. We have the niche over the closet and I got these pictures of Chris painting. Not a very easy space to paint.

While Chris was painting yesterday, I took a break from making mini-albums and made some cards. Well, I made 54 cards to be exact. 9 sets of 6 cards. Whew! I love making cards. I need to get busy making some for Mother's Day. I put these in my Etsy shop today.

This coming week is going to be a quiet one for me. Well, except for Monday. The bossman is leaving on a business trip Monday evening and won't be back until late Friday afternoon. So Monday is going to be a fast and furious day getting him ready for his trip. Then smooth sailing the rest of the week. I am so use to him traveling alot and when he is in the office for more than one or two days, I get a bit out of sorts! LOL! I am sure he does too.

Spring is really trying to push Winter out. It's been a beautiful weekend here. Today it's been a bit chilly with the wind, but nothing too bad. I am so ready for Spring. This has been one wacky winter. I am sure we have a few more cold days coming, but it won't be long and we will be seeing some very nice mild days. But with Spring, come the storms and tornados.

Oh I am such a bad Aunt Tami. Yesterday was my beautiful niece's 16th birthday. And I forgot to call her and mail off her birthday card. OMG! I am sooooo bad and forgetful. I did give her a call and tomorrow her card will be in the mail tomorrow.

Happy Birthday Cassie!!! I love you!!!!

Week 8's Emotion is up at The Shack. Gratitude is this weeks emotion. One of my favorite emotions. I try to always think to thing everyday that I am thankful for, even if it's just the fact that Sonic is just a block away!!!

I scored some awesome Maya Road Heart mini-albums. I couldn't wait to start playing. I also got some great Creative Cafe paper. I love the muted colors and puffy felt flowers. So much fun to play with.

Today was a gorgeous day today. However, as usual, in Oklahoma, it was very very windy. Chris spent the morning painting our guest room. He got about 1/2 way done and the Monkeys called and wanted him to meet them up at the skate park in Owasso. So he took off and spent a couple of hours with his boys. He took over 300 pictures of them. I haven't had a chance to go through them all, but will try to get some posted tomorrow. They had a great time. I am just so thankful that his ex-wife is now letting him see the boys without any problems.

While Chris was gone seeing his boys, I spent some time reorganizing the project room. I hung some more shelves and reorganized my collection of rubons and Thickers. Man I have a bunch of stuff. It's insane. I also worked on another tag mini-album. I just love this Kaiser paper. Very pretty.

I also finished up this beautiful Family mini-album. I love the black and cream papers. I think it turned out really nice.

I have to share these adorable pictures of my beautiful Great Niece Peanut! Isn't she the cutest? These were taken about 3 or 4 days after her eye surgery. Man, kids bounce back quickly!

I have added some supplies to my Etsy store. I was cleaning out some drawers in my project room and found a gallon zip lock bag full of shipping tags and another gallon zip lock bag full of tiny envelopes. So Chris and I sorted them all out and I listed them. I don't need that many shipping tags. I am not exactly sure why I have that many. And I also found two full boxes of key envelopes, two different sizes. Again, not exactly sure why I have that many. I know I have had them for a very long time. I guess I must have had some great idea for them, and then forgot. LOL!!!!

I have to give a huge shout out to two ladies who got notified that some of their cards will be in CARDS August Issues!!!! Way to go Gina and Kim!!! I am so happy and excited for you!!
