....Three Years ago Today.......

I can't believe it's been three years since Chris and I got married. I can't believe how much weight we both have gained this past three years either! LOL!!!! Time for a diet... :)

And Since I am walking down memory lane, I thought I would share these pictures of me and Chris a month after we started dating.

When you have had a day like I have had today, then the only remedy is a large Reeses Blast from Sonic! This can cure any kind of bad day you have experienced! And after enjoying each and every last bite, I have to admit, my day has significantly improved (however, I can't say the same for my expanding hips..but that a different post another day!).

Not much happening this evening here at home. Chris is posting on his model car forum on our main computer and I am sitting here on the love seat surfing the internet and posting to my blog on the laptop. We lead such exciting lives.

I am not motivated to do much of anything this evening except surf the internet and watching tv. I am looking forward to a very long weekend. I am off on Friday and also on Monday. WoooHooo! A 4 day weekend.

Oh I totally scored today. I ordered an adorable coin purse at Kimono's etsy shop and it came in the mail today. It is a perfect size for my iPod. I love the fun colors.

Crystal left a comment asking me how I bind my mini albums. So I thought I would take this opportunity and sing the praises of my Bind-it-All. Anyone who loves to make mini albums, notebooks, journals, or all of the above will want to get one of these. I have had this for a little guy over a year. And trust me, I think I have gotten my moneys worth. The Bind-it-All's are less than $70 and the owires are pretty inexpensive as well. I highly recommend getting one. :)

About a week or so ago, I got a huge box of different sized owires. The one thing I wish that Zutter would do is make owires that are 1 1/2" and 2". Currently, the largest one I can get is 1 1/4". That is my only complaint. :)

Ready for a long post? Since it's been 10 days since my last post, I thought I would get things caught up. My crocheting class went good. I didn't learn anything new, but I did get my memory refreashed, so it was worth it. Well, it was worth it to a point. I spent way too much money on imported yarn. I bought 2 skiens that were $18.00 each. What the hell was I thinking? Okay, I wasn't thinking. Trust me, I will stick with Hobby Lobby yarn. The expensive yarn is nice, but I am not a pro crocheter and don't plan on being one. I just want to make an afgan for my bed and one for my son. I still can't believe I spent that much money on 2 skiens of yarn. **I need one of those OMG blinkies to insert here! LOL **
I finally got to see the eye specialist. Good news there. I DON'T have bi-lateral retinal detachment, I have provis...can't pronounce or spell...detachment. Which is a heck of a lot better then retinal detachment. Basically the jello stuff in my middle of my eyeball is breaking down and floating around and eventually it will all float to the bottom. Nothing they can do at this time. However, the eye specialist doesn't think that my eye problems are causing my headaches. Hmmmm, could I be one step closer to telling my doctor .. "I told you so!" I do believe I am. Now I just have to see the allergist and get that done....then I am pretty certain a nice little "I told you so" note card sent to my doc will be in order! LOL!!! Thank goodness he has a great sense of humor. Of coarse I would have to sign it, "Your favorite pain :)"
Last night I caught Possum intently watching me. I guess me cleaning my work area is something to watch. LOL!! Then I have to take a picture of Chris. He is completely into some show on the tv. I thought it was funny. Look at his work space, I think he needs to clean his too.
Oh, here are some pictures of my Ax men. Last weekend, (May 10th), Chris and Rod cut down the two trees in our driveway. I took a ton of pictures. Those men crack me up. The drive way looks so much different with those two trees gone.

Well, I got an order in of a bunch of Maya Road chipboard, so I decided to reorganize it. Before I had stuff poked here and there. I think this looks much better. This is just the tip of the iceburg of my chipboard collection. Eventually, these chipboard sheets will become mini albums in my etsy store.
I reorganized my other mini albums. I have more 7 Gypsies mini albums than I thought I had. It's amazing what you will find when you reorganize stuff :) .
Here are some new stuff I have put in my etsy store. These two little notebooks are actually some small mini albums I bought a long time ago and had thrown in a drawer. There were 4 of them, so I combined them into two books. These are great for sketchs, notes and even your very own mini albums.
I finally found a use for all of that Imagination Project ledger paper line. I love that stuff, but it's hard to use in layouts. So I decorated some Maya Road Binders and cut the ledger paper to fill the binders up. I think they turned our really cute.
These I decorated and filled up with some smooth cardstock. The journal has already sold. :)
Here are some new mini albums in my store. I have been busy for the past couple of weeks. It's been kinda slow at etsy, but I am not the only one with slow sales. It's that time of the year. Everyone is outside enjoying all of the beautiful weather. Hopefully, my sales will pick up. I am optimistic.
