Today I finished up a recipe box. My kitchen is red and white, so these papers work perfect. I have had this recipe box lunch box thingy for a couple of years. I am a super bad pack rat. I got it on sale for like $5 and had no idea what to do with it. Glad I got it and glad I kept it. Now just to fill it up with great yummy recipes.
Today, I spent a couple of hours in the kitchen cutting up veggies for this next week and making english muffin breakfast sandwiches for mine and Chris' breakfast. You know this whole eating right and cooking takes a lot of time. It definitely takes some getting use to, man I am glad I didn't get rid of my weight watchers scale I bought many many moons ago. I think what kills me the most is that it costs more to eat right than it does to eat junk. Now that is just messed up! But oh well, Chris and I use to buy a ton of groceries (lots of junk) and still hit the fast food places on our way home. So I am betting we will save some money since we are not hitting Sonic and Arby's everyday!
Anyone got any great low fat recipes? or some great cooking tips? Send them my way! I am in soooo in need!

Love what you did with those "paper clips" I have them, but never thought of creating a word like that! Will be doing that!

Hola! Skip over to my blog and I've got a recipe every week for you. I promise they're easy and mostly healthy. My all-time favorite healthy cookbook is "White Trash Cooking." Sounds awful but it's actually the best recipe book I have for easy, healthy, homestyle food. I love getting your blog in my inbox and am a regular reader even if I don't comment much. I love all the pretty pictures!
